Introductions.
My experience of Endemol began before I even set foot in the deal or no deal studios. they obliviously have a lot of students working with them as they had worked out a schedule which gave me experience of many different departments. They had information about health & safety & PACT guidelines for experience.
The schedule made clear what was expected of me and when, from the security guard at the reception to the people in human resources, I felt welcome, included & valued. My questions were answered & my opinion respected.
