Advice

-                you’ve got to be passionate.

-                You cant have any other commitments (e.g. family)

-                Their company is not interested in you having a life, they want to be in control. Sometimes you cant even plan your evening, because they may ask you to stay on late that day.

-                If you like that lifestyle you’ll go far in the industry.

-                You’ve got to be selfish, yet a team player.

Three days into my experience here at TwoFour I’ve begun to understand the culture of the company, everyone very wrapped up in what they were doing & not bothering to intregrate you to others unless they thought you were useful.
